La dernière série HBO “True Detective” vient de commencer et le 1er épisode est plus que prometteur, c’est sombre, angoissant, envoûtant, lent… On navigue entre 1995 et 2012, et c’est super bien fait. Les critiques sont excellentes, le casting également (avec Matthew McConaughey et Woody Harrelson notamment) et on a vite envie de découvrir la suite 😉 Voici un petit résumé pour vous donner envie “True Detective is many things at once — an immersive character study, a gripping head-trippy murder mystery, a psychological profile of the anti-hero zeitgeist, a tour de force for Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey. But simply and deeply, it is a story about two men telling a story. Rust Cohle (McConaughey) is a flickering ghost of a man who works four days a week and spends the other three drinking himself numb. Martin Hart (Harrelson) is a healthy-living P.I. whose good-old-boy humility, Bible Belt faith, and family man virtue belies so much hypocrisy. Both were detectives once — and for seven years, partners — and the tale they tell concerns a journey into some seriously noir woods, literally and metaphorically, that wrecked them and haunts them still. Et voici une autre série que je trouve très réussie, ça s’appelle “The Blacklist” et ça passe chaque semaine sur NBC. Pour l’instant, 10 épisodes ont été diffusés et c’est du très très lourd 😉 Voici le pitch “Raymond “Red” Reddington, one of the FBI’s most wanted fugitives, surrenders at FBI Headquarters in Washington. He claims the FBI and he have similar interests in getting rid of dangerous criminals and terrorists. Reddington will cooperate only with Elizabeth Keen, a rookie FBI profiler. Keen questions Reddington’s sudden interest in her, but Reddington will only reveal that she is very special. After the FBI uses Reddington’s information to locate a terrorist, Reddington reveals that this terrorist is only the first of many criminals that he will help them neutralize. Over the course of his own criminal career, he has made a list of global criminals who he believes are truly dangerous to society, most of whom are unknown to the FBI. He calls it The Blacklist.” et vivement les prochains épisodes 😉

Et voici mon coup de coeur de la rentrée en série US, voici Brooklyn Nine-Nine!! c’est super fun, original, ça part un peu dans tous les sens et y’a une bonne équipe d’acteur autour d’Andy Samberg 😉 Mon seul bémol, ça dure seulement 20mn (format The Big Bang Theory). Voici le pitch de Fox: “From Emmy Award-winning writer/producers Dan Goor and Michael Schur (“Parks and Recreation”), and starring Emmy Award winners Andy Samberg (“Saturday Night Live”) and Andre Braugher (“Men of a Certain Age,” “Homicide: Life on the Street”), BROOKLYN NINE-NINE is a new single-camera ensemble comedy about what happens when a talented, but carefree, detective and his diverse group of colleagues get a new captain with a lot to prove. Detective JAKE PERALTA (Samberg) is gifted enough that he’s never had to work too hard or follow the rules too closely. Perhaps because he has the best arrest record among his colleagues, he’s been enabled – if not indulged – throughout his entire career. That is, until the precinct gets a new commanding officer, Captain RAY HOLT (Braugher)…”

Vous me croyez pas? Alors voici la preuve en image

Je rentre juste du ciné où je suis allé voir Gravity, et whoa, quel film!!! Tout simplement génial, j’en ai encore les jambes coupées 1 heure après la fin du film… Quel suspense, Sandra Bullock est bluffante, les effets spéciaux sont incroyables, quelle tension tout au long du film, bravo à Alfonso Cuarón, whoa!!! A voir de toute urgence 😉

Ca va être tres court, foncez!!!!! “This is the end” est une bombe!!!! Quel pied!!!! Ce film est super fun, c’est super original, c’est trash, ça part dans tous les sens, ça mélange tous les styles, y’a plein d’acteurs excellents (James Franco, Jonah Hill, Emma Watson…), on a même droit à Gangnam Style, Dr Dre, Whitney Houston et aux Backstreet Boys le tout sous fond d’apocalypse et jugement dernier, qu’est ce que ça fait du bien!!!

Après de longs mois d’attente, le 1er épisode d’Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (la série de Marvel!!) vient d’être diffusé aux USA (mardi sur ABC) et j’ai enfin pu le voir hier soir 😉 Et que dire si ce n’est que c’est très très prometteur!! D’ailleurs, l’audience aux USA a été assez bonne avec près de 12,12 millions de téléspectateurs (pour info, y’en avaient 18.65mn pour la première de Lost). Perso j’approuve et vivement la semaine prochaine pour la suite!!

Je termine juste Pain & Gain et j’ai kiffé, très bon film avec les excellents Mark Wahlberg et Dwayne “If you smell what the Rock is cooking” Johnson 😉 C’est assez fun et apparemment tiré d’une histoire vraie, voici le picth “In the 1990’s, three bodybuilders, two who were personal trainers affiliated with the Sun Gym in Miami, kidnapped, tortured and murdered several people. One of those kidnapped was the client of one of the two men. Pain & Gain tells this story”. C’est Michael Bay à la réalisation et on reconnait vite son style, un bon mélange d’action/comédie, Miami style, j’approuve 😀

J’ai regardé les 2 premiers épisodes de The Bridge hier soir et whoa, cette série promet beaucoup. Toutes les critiques que j’ai lu étaient très positives, et je ne peux que confirmer, d’ailleurs FX a déjà commandé une 2ème saison pour l’an prochain (la saison est toujours en cours de diffusion aux USA). L’histoire se passe à la frontière Americano/Mexicaine entre El Paso (Texas) et Ciudad Juárez (Chihuahua) et voici le pitch “A body is discovered abandoned at the midpoint of the Bridge of the Americas, the heavily trafficked crossing between the two cities. The severe American cop, Detective Sonya Cross (Diane Kruger), recognizes the corpse as that of an anti-immigration judge. Her Mexican counterpart, Detective Marco Ruiz (Demián Bichir), is just used to death. (“We have lots of bodies,” he shrugs wearily.) She takes the case and he takes his leave. But when the corpse is revealed to be two dismembered halves, one gringa and one chava, jammed together across an international line, Cross and Ruiz are forced into an uneasy partnership.” Comme je le disais, les 2 premiers épisodes sont excellents et j’ai hâte de voir les autres, Demián Bichir assure comme toujours et Diane Kruger est plutôt convaincante, j’approuve 😉

Je trouve ces pubs pour le dernier Dodge Ram excellentes, l’esprit années 50 rappellera sans doute des souvenirs à Tonton et CoRsCiA qui ont bien connu cette époque et le mélange vintage/moderne fonctionne à merveille, j’aime beaucoup et j’approuve bien évidemment 😉
