Si vous lisez le blog, vous savez que la charmante Danning Fu (lien) a gagné le titre de Miss Maxim Korea (elle a gagné le concours avec 8 voix d’avance sur sa dauphine, 2905 votes pour Danning contre 2897 votes pour l’autre participante). Elle succède donc à Choi Hye-Yeon et Lee Myung-Hee et c’est aussi la première non Coréenne à remporter le titre Miss Maxim Korea. J’ai eu la chance de discuter un peu avec elle avant et après son élection et je vous propose aujourd’hui une petite interview afin de mieux connaitre Danning 😉 Je la remercie également pour sa grande disponibilité et sa gentillesse, Thanks Danning.

Cut: Hi Danning, thanks for your time and first of all, congratulations for your win at the Miss Maxim Korea contest. Can you briefly introduce you?
Danning: I’m Danning, I was born in China and grew up in LA and NYC (USA), I used to work in marketing for Sulwhasoo before. I live in Beijing. My hobbies are horsemanship, ballet, ball room dance, surfing, hiking, snorkeling, reading and travel. I speak Chinese, English, Korean and Italian.

Cut: How does it feel to be Miss Maxim 2012?
Danning: I feel very proud to be Miss Maxim Korea 2012. A bit surprised to be honest.

Cut: What did you do just after hearing you won the contest?
Danning: I called my friends, I was happy!!

Cut: Can you describe a bit the Maxim experience? How and when did it start? When did you apply? How long did it take? How did you feel the first time you saw your pictures in the magazine?
Danning: The contest started around June, I took my first shot right before my birthday in July. Then I was on the August issue. I was really happy, honored and fulfilled when I saw my pictures in Maxim for the first time.

Cut: What was your motivation behind your candidature for Miss Maxim?
Danning: Mainly to challenge myself. A friend of mine recommended me to send my photos and compete.

Danning: Haha thanks! I will make sure to tell her.

Cut: Did you ever pose for other magazines before or was it the first time for you?
Danning: I did 2 commercials when I was around 11 and 12, one for chocolates and one for Ford cars.

Cut: What are your plans now for 2013?
Danning: I would love to gain more coverage in Maxim. I’m also open to different options if it approaches on me.

Cut: How did you feel when you saw that some foreign blogs (and especially mine) were speaking about you, posting some of your pictures?
Danning: I was quite surprised actually when I saw your site blogging about me. On the other hand, I was happy to see that Maxim Korea gain French readers attention thus I felt honored to be part of it.

Cut: Have you ever been to France before? Any plans maybe in a near future?
Danning: I had been to Paris once and I would loveeeee to go again to France in the near future.

Cut: A final world for the French readers?
Danning: Thank you for following the Miss Maxim competition. And all women have their sexy side, we just have to discover it ^^
